uuok4 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the uuok4 platform available at uuok4.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player or visitor) and uuok4 (the platform operator). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the uuok4 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply to all services provided by uuok4, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, color prediction games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus products offered on the platform from time to time.

Use of the uuok4 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. uuok4 operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited on this platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of uuok4, nor a close family member of any such person, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had your account suspended or closed by uuok4 for a breach of these Terms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out above. uuok4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction or closure.

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on uuok4, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.

One account per person: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active uuok4 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. uuok4 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to violate this rule will be suspended immediately.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your uuok4 username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying uuok4 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account details, including contact information and payment method details, remain accurate and up to date at all times.

uuok4 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

uuok4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), and selected Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds will be displayed within your uuok4 account dashboard at the time of the transaction.

Payment method ownership: All payment methods used to deposit funds into a uuok4 account must be registered in the same name as the uuok4 account holder. uuok4 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, or that has been verified by the uuok4 compliance team.

Processing times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to a player's uuok4 account in real time in the vast majority of cases. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

• uuok4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which uuok4 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into a uuok4 account are held for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred to another player's account.
• uuok4 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to [email protected] immediately. uuok4 will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

All bets placed on the uuok4 platform — including pre-match sports bets, live in-play bets, casino game wagers, slot game spins, and color prediction entries — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or market, which are published within the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule shall prevail.

Cricket and sports betting: uuok4 offers betting markets on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and a range of football, kabaddi, and other sports events. All odds are displayed in decimal format. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. uuok4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed due to a manifest technical error.

In-play betting: Live betting markets are subject to change or suspension at any time during a match event. A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and a confirmation reference number has been issued by the uuok4 system. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.

Casino and slot games: All slot, table, and live casino games available on uuok4 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming from regulated studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game-specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility information are available within each individual game interface.

uuok4 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time the offer is published.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a uuok4 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will always be disclosed in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the promotion explicitly provides for a cash equivalent at a defined conversion point.
• uuok4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines that the promotion has been abused, exploited through automated means, or claimed in bad faith.
• Players found to be operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh will carry their own specific eligibility and duration terms published at the time of the promotion launch.

uuok4 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotion to any specific player. Eligibility for any promotional offer is at uuok4's sole discretion and may be subject to account verification status, prior activity, and other internal criteria.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uuok4 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or using more than one registered account on uuok4, whether in your own name or using a false identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or any systematic method designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonus funds without genuine risk.
• Money laundering: Using the uuok4 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or for any purpose connected with money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, accessing insider information, or participating in the fixing of any sporting event on which uuok4 offers markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the uuok4 platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your uuok4 account. Any player found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will have their account closed and will be required to repay any withdrawn funds associated with the disputed deposit.

uuok4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any registered player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder via the responsible gaming tools or by contacting uuok4 support.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in uuok4's current dormant account policy.

Voluntary closure: Any registered player may request the closure of their uuok4 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the uuok4 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the self-exclusion tool available in their account settings. Self-exclusion is effective immediately. Once a self-exclusion period has been set, uuok4 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, though uuok4 cannot guarantee prevention of access via unregistered means. Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. uuok4 may, following reasonable notice to the registered email or phone number, apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, or close them entirely. Any remaining balance in a closed dormant account will be held for a period of seven years, during which the account holder may reclaim it by contacting support.

uuok4's decisions in relation to account suspension, closure, and balance forfeiture are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process described in the General Provisions section communicated to you at the time of any such decision.
